How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team. Your cancellation will be confirmed offline, and any eligible refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking, after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation charges are applicable per visa, per applicant.
If you cancel before your visa application has been submitted by Altiora Immigration, a full refund will be issued.
No cancellations or refunds will be allowed once your visa application has been submitted to the embassy or consulate.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Appointments at VFS Global or Similar Agencies
- If your visa application involves outsourced agencies like VFS Global for biometric or document submission:
- The rescheduling or no-show policy will be governed by the respective agency’s terms.
- In the case of a No Show at the visa center, Altiora Immigration will assist in rescheduling your appointment once you pay the applicable Rescheduling Fee.
- These rescheduling fees vary by country, city, and application center and will be communicated at the time of rescheduling.
Refund Timeline
All eligible refunds will be processed within 10–12 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Altiora Immigration reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
