Altiora Immigration is not responsible for delays, denials, or additional documentation requests made by the immigration authorities.
Altiora Immigration is not liable for:
Errors or inaccuracies in applications submitted by clients
Rejection of visa applications by authorities
Costs incurred due to delays or rejections, including travel, accommodation, or financial losses
Embassy decisions to review applications in another country
Term or activation dates of visas granted by immigration officers
Policy changes or undisclosed regulations by immigration authorities
Altiora Immigration does not guarantee visa approval or the duration granted. Immigration decisions, including terms and validity, are beyond the company’s control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and all required documentation. Altiora Immigration reserves the right not to lodge an application if documentation is insufficient or inaccurate.
If a deadline for submission is imposed by authorities, documents must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the deadline.
No refunds will be issued once a visa application has been submitted to the authorities, regardless of the outcome.
• Governing Law
These terms and all associated policies and agreements between you and Altiora Immigration shall be governed by the laws of India. Use of the website may be subject to other applicable laws.
• Disputes Resolution
Any disputes related to the validity, interpretation, or breach of these Terms shall first be resolved informally by contacting Altiora Immigration. If not resolved within forty-five (45) days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. A sole arbitrator appointed by Altiora Immigration shall preside, and proceedings shall be in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding and must be completed within one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of referral.
